StopMyEngine has 3 modes:

The various operational modes are accessible through a discrete secret code input switch, strategically positionable within your vehicle to ensure accessibility while seated in the driver's seat. Upon installation, modify the factory set two-digit security code, to a personalized two-digit code of your choise. This code serves as the primary means of accessing the modes in circumstances where your mobile device is unavailable due to battery depletion or loss.

StopMyEngine Modes
Anti-hijack Mode
Your vehicle is paired to your smartphone and is robbed from you whilst you are driving/riding.
The vehicle exceeds Bluetooth range to your smartphone (normally around 10 meters) immediately activating the anti theft process.
The vehicle will run normally for about 10 seconds, and the engine will then begin to cut out at regular intervals, over an 18 second period culminating in total ignition shutdown.
Total time between theft and safe, inoperative standstill – UNDER 30 SECONDS!
With the vehicle now immobile, the horn then emits a pulsed alarm for the next 5 minutes, thwarting the thief and enabling the owner to audibly trace their vehicle.
Vehicle Sharing And Emergency Override Mode
You lose your phone or phone battery dies.
To connect a new phone or to reconnect your old one simply enter your unique pass code which you set on install which will deactivate the system.
This pass code protection also means other smartphone users cannot see StopMyEngine in their Bluetooth menu and pair.
You also use the same input code to pair and unpair devices connected to StopMyEngine while vehicle sharing.
Valet Mode
If you need to take your vehicle into service or have to disable StopMyEngine for any reason, there’s an input switch, plus your passcode you can use to overrode the system.

To do so, the user can enter the code '7' and wait to hear 7 beeps, confirming proper entry of the code, and then enter their 2-digit security code. This override feature allows for a one-time ride/drive without triggering the alarm, providing users with an added layer of flexibility and convenience.

Following a brief 7-second grace period of normal operation, the system will enter a repeated ignition interruption cycle, lasting for 20 seconds. At the end of this cycle, the ignition will be completely cut out, bringing the vehicle to a safe stop, and the horn will sound, providing a reliable and effective theft prevention mechanism for vehicle owners.

While the product is suitable for use in wet or damp environments and can endure agricultural settings, it is recommended that users avoid submerging StopMyEngine in water or subjecting it to direct jet washing, as this may cause damage to the system.
